      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open the game.
      2. Press the play button
      3. Press the new world button
      4. Open the ressource pack tab
      5. Then click it

      Observed result:
The explenation just dosen't mention at all that it deactivates the global packs and the little thing that pops up if you click the button dosen't mention that it forces people to download the pack (and only mentions that it deactivates the global packs)

      Expected result:
The explenation would both make it clear that it disables global makes and forces the user to download every pack. Maybe something like: "Players are forced to the ressource packs applied and nothing more". And the little popup on button could say "Force texturpack activated
