Minecraft Pocket Edition Can't Upload Custom Skin

      The "Only Allowed Trusted Skins" setting is set to off, and I have tried several times to upload a png file, like the game is telling me to, but for whatever reason, it gives me the error message to upload a 64x64 png image. Here is the popup and the file I am trying to upload:
