Buyers of old texture pack PureBDCraft and VanillaBDCraft are supposed to have recieved the new texture packs at no additional cost. I have not recieved the new texture pack of PureBDCraft that I was supposed to recieve. Supposedly this is a known issue, but I cannot find other reports of this problem. Please help with this issue.

 I was told by customer support to bring the issue to y'alls attention. And the developers of the texture pack told me to check with customer support.
