A Bogged without a bow doesn't inflict the poison effect when hitting the player

Strays without bows do inflict the Slowness effect when hitting a player, so it seems unintended that boggeds don't inflict poison when hitting players

      How to reproduce:

      /summon stray ~ ~ ~
      /replaceitem entity @e[type=stray] slot.weapon.mainhand 1 air

      /summon bogged ~ ~ ~
      /replaceitem entity @e[type=bogged] slot.weapon.mainhand 1 air

      Observed behavior:

Boggeds without a bow are unable to inflict poison on a player, while Strays without one can inflict Slowness

      Expected behavior:

Boggeds without bows can inflict poison on a player
