Pink petals/wildflowers/leaf litter do not display a controller icon for placing the block after you have already placed the item in 1/4 possible corners of the block. The tooltip thinks since there is something already placed there you cant place anything else there eventhough you can.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load game in the 1.21.70 betas with experimental on and controller tooltips enabled.
2. Attempt to place wildflowers/leaf litter in all 4 corners with controller.
3. Observe how place tooltip isnt showing
