No block breaking sounds

      There appear to be no block-breaking sounds in the latest Preview, 1.21.70.20.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world
      2. Attempt to break any block (logs, trees, etc.)
      3. Notice you do not hear block-breaking sounds

      Observed Results:
      You cannot hear block-breaking sounds.

      Expected Results:
      You should hear block-breaking sounds.
