In OreUI menus, dropdown menus should only open in a small menu list style instead of opening in a big window. This makes content more visible and easier to see, also for consistency

How to recreate the issue:
**

• Open an OreUI screen
• Looking for the dropdown button (has a down arrow on the left of that button)
• Click on the dropdown button and see the difference

(This issue does not happen in JSON UI screens and OreUI player reporting screen)
