I created a realm from a previous world that had been made, I had no issues in this world prior to turning it into a realm. I had difficulties trying to get it to work in the first place and finally was able to semi fix it by downloading the basic world file and reuploading as a copy then using that copy to generate the realm. It worked okay for about an hour or so but then failed to work any further. Upon loading huge chunks are missing from the terrain and I am no longer able to interact with items such as chests, furnaces, or even breaking/placing blocks, I cannot even open my inventory. I have been able to get it to work by leaving and rejoining the realm upwards of 15 times but the issue is still not resolving. I am now unable to even switch which world slot the realm is actively on. As I stated, I am the owner of this realm and am not on adventure mode, the realm has given others minor issues but never lasting as long as they do on my end.
