      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Plant cave vines, twisting vines or weeping vines, leaving ample space available for growth
      2. Set the random tick speed game rule to 4096
      3. Wait for the vines to grow to their full size (until the growth stops)
      4. Break the vines at any point, making sure to keep the attached bits

      Observed Results:
The vines will always grow back to their original size.

      Expected Results:
Removing the original tip randomizes the age of the new tip, similar to the kelp.

      Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes

Notes: The vines keep track of the individual age of each block instead of only the tip, which also causes weird interactions with the newly introduced shearing and manually placed plants.
