can't play world

      I have this world that keeps getting corrupted. This is third reset. Now I can log-on but only play for 5 second and "disconnected from server.
      There has to be something wrong with the server my world is on...I brought this for 180 day through Microsoft and have nothing but trouble with them.
      My amazon purchased worlds have not problem.
      Can you please help "Great Rainy World".
      I have lost all my players due to this problem.
