I noticed every time two villagers breed inside a house that has carpet on the floor, the baby villager that spawns falls to the ground and appears to be suffocating even though it is not stuck inside of a block. Sometimes they jump around on it and take damage every time they touch it. This can be a problem because the population is not staying balanced.
