Framerate drop when enabling fullscreen

      When enabling Fullscreen in the video options, the framerate drops noticeably.

      Framerate is normal when Fullscreen is disabled and the window is maximised.

      Intel i5-6600
      Nvidia GTX 980
      16 GB Memory
