When I updated to 1.0.5 I noticed these bars were not displaying properly using the resource pack I typically do. An image was in the three locations, but it looked more like a half-armor icon everywhere. I exited to the main menu and turned the texture pack off in global resources, and then this happened.

The bars don't return unless I exit the entire game and start it again.

Out of curiousity I used the texture pack again, but this time there was no broken graphics where the bars used to be, just blank. I had to restart the whole app to get the bars back.
