On seed -448894676, around X-1100, Z-1700, in creative mode a stronghold spawns, but in survival an ocean monument spawns under the land. Erases blocks up to Y+66, and X/Z all around spawn zone, replaced with water. The biome is clearly not ocean there. Eyes of Ender still react as if a stronghold is there.
