When throwing an enderpearl straight up and relogging (logging out and back in), my game crashed when the enderpearl falls and hits me.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new world (any type, any gamemode)
2. Throw an enderpearl straight up in the air
3. Disconnect before it lands
4. Open the world back up again, then experience the crash
