Using the Download World option on the game menu brings up the progress bar but it stays at 0.00 of 0.00. After letting the screen sit for a while I eventually get a Fail error and am booted back to the menu.

I have tried this on Windows 10 via two different PCs, one on a wireless connection and one on a wired connection. I have also tried to download the world on my PE versions on a Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy Sky with the same results. Have not been able to successful backup my Realm to date using the Download World feature.
