Usually when starting the game (but can happen at any time), for a while, the action or attack triggers will be constantly activating. This used to only happen when my controller batteries were running low, but since the latest update it happens every time, even with fresh batteries. The controller works perfectly with other gear VR games and used to with Minecraft VR before the latest update. It often happens while turning.
