The Minecraft.net website may be outdated under the Realms section Q&A, and NO ONE has been able to answer these questions that I have. Mainly, how big of a world/map can we UPLOAD to minecraft realms on PE and windows 10 editions? According to https://minecraft.net/en-us/realms/faq/ , the PC Java edition is able to upload as much as 5GB worth of a file yet makes no mention of PE realms. Why? Further more, the Q&A page seems outdated as it still has sections that state:

Can I export my Minecraft map from Realms?

"You can export your maps from the PC / Mac version of Minecraft at any time, even for a limited duration after your subscription has expired. Pocket / Windows 10 Edition does not support this feature yet."

Cant you already export maps FROM realms on PE these days? Please clarify these two things. I heard that Realms on PE/win10 is only allowing 1GB of upload space for a file size and that it is a bug?
