Tamed parrot(s) fall off the player's shoulders when walking down stairs, falling down one block or jumping in place. Note that parrot(s) are not falling off the player's shoulders while walking up stairs, jumping up one block, or walking down half-slabs.

Steps to reproduce:

• Tame parrot
• Get parrot onto shoulder
• At normal walking speed, walk down stairs, fall one block, or jump in place.
