My survival worlds run smoothly at first. Then, as the game progresses it begins to lag. Eventually it will become too laggy to play and/or crash upon loading. I've noticed in 3 worlds that are now unplayable that the worlds' file size will be very random. The latest went from 25mb to >100mb between saves, then back to 25mb again, up to 130mb and down to ~90mb, and finally, upon entering the nether in this world, crashing the app. Once the app was reopened the worlds file size went up to 1.1gb and crashed again, reopened and the world file size was down to ~230mb.

These random jumps are always accompanied by worsening lag and eventual crash and finally the world cannot be loaded.

I have updated my device and the app and have backed up my worlds and reinstalled the app. No effect.

I am playing on a Galaxy S8.
