There's a glitch with the "armour stands" where sometimes it will make them have a blue/green texture like water and llilipads it has a chance of happening thanks for your time

      I have a video for you to see but I can only send it to an email.
      When the armour stand is placed it has a green/blue texture it still can be used as normal
