I Currently play on a World that i Converted from XBOX ONE Edition of Minecraft.

This Bug involves partial to the Bug where players are saying that only PARTS of their world got converted.

This world too only had SOME Parts of it successfully converted and if i try to use ANY Command that involves a Coordinate/Location that is in a place that WAS successfully converted it will give me this error: Cannot Access blocks outside of the world

It is not because i am too far from the Coordinates, i know this because i am standing in front of the coordinates i am trying to use.
