There will be times when im playing Minecraft, that my Xbox will stop functioning properly and then Hard Crash soon after. This issue happens Every Single time i try to play, the only thing that differs is how long i can play before it happens.
Also, sometimes when this occurs it will Delete the world i was playing in.

My Xbox Guide will stop appearing and just create a darkened screen and i cannot do anything with my Xbox such as Menus, Profiles, Messages etc without it just Darkening my Screen and then Hard Crashing my Console. This only happens when i play the New Minecraft Better Together
