Though the controller settings show the left trigger for blocking, using an item (leash), while holding a sword, my character will not block while I hold the left trigger. While holding a leash, the screen even says "LT" to attach to an animal, but when I try the Left Trigger, it throws the leash at the animal (dropping the item). Also noted that the game will not let me eat unless the food hunger bar goes down substantially, regardless of health, so if I try to eat with left trigger, it wont work or even try to eat the food.
