I built an Enderman farm using Endermites to control where the Enderman went. I quickly realized that Enderman didn't aggro onto the Endermites and run toward them like they were supposed to. I went into a creative world to do some testing and discovered that Endermites went after Enderman just fine. Once the Endermite hit the Enderman, the Enderman went after the Endermite.
