Using "facing" in the /tp command will make the player look in the direction of the block before they're teleported

When I put "facing" in the /tp command, it makes the player face the direction of the block before they were teleported. Instead of this, I expect the player to face the direction of the block after they're teleported. Because of this bug, I need to put two command blocks with the same command (one activates right after the other) in order to make a player teleport to a spot and face a specific block. This causes the player to face the wrong way for a short amount of time. This is annoying for the adventure map that I'm making.
