Hello,

So when I try to login to my Xbox Live account it will show that it's loading but it actually never loads. I left the phone 2 hours running but apparently it's not my connection. Sometimes it won't even show that it's loading. I tap Sign In and then it shows a black screen and throws me back in the main menu.

My device is Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) running Android 5.1
