I made a research using "horse" but I haven't found a ticket for my issue

When riding horses in this version, I cannot jump high with horses. Usually, the jump bar would accumulate when I hold the jump button and the horse would jump high when I release the button, but now it would not accumulate anymore. Instead, when I release the button the horse can only jump one block high.
