Need a /kick command to remove a player from current local world or a realm (OP only)
Player will need an invite back to a realm or new realm code to re-join. Multiplayer world need to be closed and re-opened.
Need a /ban command which would kick a player, then un-friend and block them on xbox live for the host of the world or realm.
