Hi

If I start new game, if I join other game the problem is the same, the world loading slow, how you see on the video https://youtu.be/MGQMbw-WH5M.  I deleted the game, and reinstall it, not helped.
So after 1.4 update I deleted /all/ and reinstall the game , xbox sync my data but same it is loading the world slow. 

PS: one question: after I delete minecraft game on xbox, reinstall, and the gamy sync my data why my caracter skin not syncing? I have to go the store and load again my skin. Is this normal?
