During the Christmas holidays ii discovered that when I signed on to Xbox live and then tried to play offline, the game would crash after about 30sec-1m30sec of play. I started signing out of Xbox live whenever I was offline and eventually just signed out completely because I wanted to be able to play. Well I opened every single holiday gift, and got all the free skins and worlds. The problem is, those works and skins that I won during that time, I have  now been locked out of. It can be seen that I have the world's from opening the gifts, but I can not play in them because I was lived out of Xbox live when I opened them, the second I lived back into xbox live, they were locked and I can't play them anymore. I tried bringing this issue to mojang support and let's just say, they don't pass the Turing test...
