I do not think this is a duplicate of MCPE-31389, though it may be related. When I started my game the other night I was in my base right where I had saved the day before, however my bed was gone. It was not invisible, as far as I could tell, because the blocks beneath it and next to it could be mined freely (mined through the space where the bed previously was). I was also able to place another bed right on top of where the old one would have been.

The game did not crash and I was able to sleep in the new bed. Since the bed was gone immediately on game start, I dunno if there's really any way I can test for repeatability.
