Turtles won't stop attempting to surface/recognize that they can't support...

Assuming there is a script that triggers that causes them to surface until they beach however if they can't surface due to the hole they are using is a 2×2 and there is a lilypad preventing then form completing the surface script they won't stop trying to surface.

To recreate just make an aquarium any size should do with a 2×2 hole on the top with water, place a lilypad on 1 of the source blocks
