I was exploring a woodland mansion a woodland explorer map lead me to. The mansion was about 15,700 blocks away from my base. After I looted the mansion I began to head back to my base with an elytra and fireworks, then it started raining. I decided to try out riptide with the elytra in rain. I got back to my base very fast, but there has been severe lag ever since. My base is quite large and full of farms, redstone contraptions and entities so it could be caused by any number of things, but it may have something to do with the extremely fast movement possible with riptide.
