When Water flows and collide with other bits of water and under a water log enable block it will create a water source even if the block is not water logged. I tried with up and down slabs, stairs and signs. I tried over soulsand and over sandstone and only the soulsand make this happened. I'm Playing on Relms haven't tested in single player world
