I was playing on my world finding diamonds and battling out mobs with my fire aspect sword and enchanted armour and then at the daytime something strange has happened. I was finding some coal and then one hit the coal ore disappeared without dropping anything. After a few seconds the coal ore reappeared.

How to reproduce

1. Get yourself on survival mode with a Pickaxe (perferably with a diamond Pickaxe enchanted with efficiency 2)

2. Break the ore (stone also works)

3. wait for a few seconds to reappear

If it doesn’t show, try it again a few times until it is happening.
