No way to get mending on Realms after 1.6.0 update

      Two weeks, over 20+hour of MANUAL fishing produces NO mending books.  Villager breeder produced 17 Librarians, none with Mending books available. Raided 12 villages in the server, no librarian offered Mending books.  THis worked perfectly fine prior to the 1.6 update. Now it does not.
