I believe the jungles in Bedrock edition may have somewhat been toned down in the previous Pocket edition (pre-bedrock) builds to compensate for lower end devices. I no longer think this in necessary and makes them far too easy. The main difference I have noticed is that there seems to be less large jungle trees which means they are not as close together and less dense. I think there is less density in jungle biomes in general and the terrain seems to be considerably flatter.
