When I hold something or put it in an item frame, the item in my hand/frame looks like a DIFFERENT item to what it actually is. For example, Raw Porkchops looks like a Potion of Poison and a Pig spawn egg looks like a black and white spawn egg.  Please help! -TheOPWarrior208
