After being asked to sync my Minecraft purchases with my Xbox account, something I've never had to do before (is this new?), I found that my Torchwall skins are completely blank. The slot for those skins is at the top of the skins list, where it should be, and it shows as unlocked, but the slot is completely blank and lacks any skins whatsoever. (see pic)
