Hi,

We have had the Minecraft app for quite some time now. We have had one other problem with crashing/access in the past but the matter was quickly resolved. The app is now crashing upon opening. This has been going on for almost a month now. The only part of the message that we are able to receive is that "...resources failed to previously load" or something to that effect. In other instances, the game crashes altogether. We suspect that it might be a bug. What can be done to resolve the matter? If at all possible, is there anything that we can do?
