      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Dig a 1x1x7 hole and fill it with water;
      2. Spawn a dolphin/fish inside;
      3. Place a glass pane in the middle to block the mob from passing to the other side.

      Observed Results:
      The mob keeps trying to go through, even though they're unable to.

      Expected Results:
      The mob realises it's unable to pass and stops trying.
