sound keeps giing out

      when I'm using Spotify or any other program that uses sound.

      when Minecraft is loading from splash screen, when Win+G logo shows up is when sound is turns off everytime.  im using beta copy 1.9.3.0, no sound, I have to restart sometimes to get sound to work again
