My Son bought in your Minecraftshop a world "Where´s the Treasure?"

We have problems to install this world. First it induces a switch-crash. Now it show us an internal game error without code, only the comment "not enough space to install".

What can we do? My son want his coins back.
 

PS: I have no idea what version do you want, i took the first i´ve seen.
