When I updated the game I can no longer run without the game stopping me in my tracks. Every now and again the game won't allow me to run the first time I hit the button or when i'm running the game stops me randomly and it takes a second to get going again. When turning my head at times the game starts to stutter and freezes a little after a quick moment I'm able to move my head around.

I looked around to see if there is anything that would help reduce or even stop it from happening , but unfortunately I was unable to find anything.
