The skeleton mob is missing certain features
What is expected: The skeleton will strafe when firing at the player, will move away from the player if the player get too close, and will run away from tamed wolves.
What happens: The skeleton will not move, in terms of strafing and player proximity, and will not flee in the presence of wolves.
Steps to reproduce: Go into creative, switch to night time, spawn a skeleton, switch to survival (recommended to wear armor) and let the skeleton shoot you. It will not strafe or run away if you get too close. Give yourself a wolf egg, spawn then tame the wolf. The skeleton will not run away from the wolf.
