Villagers are despawing.. not being killed I'm on peaceful.

      I used spawn eggs to add villiages to my village for convience and i switched and play in survival on peaceful.. after 2 or 3 in game days all my villagers begin to despawn... I'm on a Samsung galaxy tab a 2017
