Game crashes

      Minecraft crashes on the loading screen when connected to the internet.

      BUT when not connected the screen freezes THEN crashes on the Play/Achievemnts/Settings/Store page.

      I have tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried signing out of all XBoxLive games. Same account works on an iPhone 7.
