Game does not register placing blocks, destroying blocks, eating food, picking up items, and damage when the "auto-save" icon isn't showing up. The auto-save icon would also show up in the corner plenty of times than normal.

I think playing on file storage set to application causes this. Also, before this bug happened, I exited the game while saving the world. This bug would also happen in other worlds.
