Game locks up for around 5 seconds whenever a setting/skin is changed. This happens when changing a setting and going back to main menu. This also effects 3rd person camera. Whenever changing the camera mode mid game and not from the menu the game will lock up for round 5 seconds or so but could take up to 25 seconds for it to trigger.
